Our story
The kit is the answer.
Phasedown began with a small observation: the weekend had stopped being quiet by default. Phones followed us into the kitchen, the car, the dinner, the bedroom, and the two days that were meant to refill the week were quietly being spent instead. The kit exists to give those two days back.
The kit
Four things ship in the box, and nothing else.
The lockbox only works if it is genuinely unreachable for the weekend, so we made it one piece, with no override code and no master key. The rest of the kit is staged so the two days have somewhere to go: a camera with a roll loaded, a journal that asks good questions, and stationery that's already addressed.

Phasedown is built around a small set of quiet positions. The job is not to scold the phone, and the job is not to optimize the weekend. The job is to ship the silence and let you return recharged — warm but never effusive, more like a thoughtful friend at a kitchen table than a productivity pitch.
